Preston Park Application Checklist

To help your application move through the approval process as quickly as possible, please submit all required documents after you apply. Documents may be uploaded through the ResMan applicant portal or emailed directly to our team at Liam@AptDynamics.com.

Each adult applicant must complete an application and provide the required supporting documents.

Proof of Income

Please provide one of the following approved forms of income documentation:

• An official employment offer letter on company letterhead
• Consecutive paystubs covering one full month of income
• If you are paid monthly, two monthly paystubs are required
• Government-approved income documentation, when applicable

You will also need to provide an email address for your employer or HR department so employment can be verified.

Photo ID

Please provide a clear photo of your valid government-issued ID.

Your ID may be uploaded in the Documents section of the ResMan portal or emailed to Liam@AptDynamics.com.

How to Upload Documents in ResMan

• Visit the ResMan portal
• Log in using the email address and password connected to your application.
• Once logged in, look at the menu on the left side of the screen.
• Click Documents at the bottom of the menu.
• Upload your proof of income in the Documents section.
• Upload a clear photo of your ID in the same Documents section.
• Contact the Preston Park leasing team once your documents are uploaded so they can confirm everything was received and readable.

When emailing documents, please include your full name and the apartment or floorplan you are applying for, if known. This helps our team match your documents to your application quickly.

Important Application Timeline

All required documents must be submitted within four days of applying. If all required documentation is not received within four days, the selected apartment will be returned to the market and may become available to another applicant. You may still be able to complete your application, but the original apartment will no longer be guaranteed and availability may change.
