Before You Apply

Ready to apply for your new apartment at Preston Park? To help keep the process moving smoothly, please review our application qualifications and gather your required documents before starting your application.

After applying, each adult applicant will need to submit proof of income and a clear photo of their government-issued ID. Accepted income documents may include an official employment offer letter on company letterhead, consecutive paystubs covering one full month of income, two paystubs if paid monthly or government-approved income documentation. Employment will be verified, so all applicants should also provide an employer or HR email address for employment verification.

Documents may be uploaded through the ResMan portal by logging in, selecting Documents from the left-side menu and uploading your proof of income and photo ID. Documents may also be emailed directly to Liam@AptDynamics.com.

All required documents must be submitted within four days of applying. If the application remains incomplete after four days, the selected apartment will be returned to the market and may become available to another applicant.
